<p>If a lot of my frequent visitors were wondering what happened to Analyzing Diets.com, We had a major crash here and lost almost 2 years of posts, and for a whole year there were posts everyday chronicling my weight loss on the Medifast Diet.</p>
<p>I just want to tell you all that what can you do when something like this happens?  Either quit the blog, or don&#8217;t let the misfortune get you down and continue on like a trooper.  I have decided to do the latter, yes it will take some time to get the site back to where it was, but I have the willpower to do just that.  So stick with us here while we build the site back bigger and better than it ever was, with lots of information that is helpful to all of you wishing to shed the extra weight that you no longer need.</p>

<p>My favorite day today Weigh in Day, I wonder how many pounds have come off this week? Thank you all for visiting <strong>Analyzing Medifast Diet</strong>.</p>
<p>Last week I weighed in at 186 down from 247. This week stepping onto the scales I was down to a cool 182, four more pounds have came off, hallelujah. For breakfast this morning I had a bowl of maple and brown sugar oatmeal and a mug of hot green tea. I have to go get a few groceries today. I also need to make a new <em>Medifast Plan</em> order this week some time, I have enough for about 10 days or so.</p>
<p>I piddled around the house a bit straightening up a few things, for my mid morning meal I had a orange creme shake. After I drank my shake I got dressed and headed off to the store. I had to pick up some salad greens, and some assorted fresh vegetables for my lean and green meals for the coming week.</p>
<p>When I got back home I had a bowl of beef stew for lunch with some Tabasco sauce and some multi-grain crackers. After lunch I did some laundry and then got on the computer for a while.<br />
For my 4th meal of the day I had a Dutch chocolate shake with some DaVinci Sugar Free cherry syrup in it. I read my new book a little while then went outside for a walk. After walking I took a shower and then started on my lean and green meal for the day. I had a Turkey patty with some salsa on top and some steamed green beans seasoned with lemon pepper.</p>
<p>Watched some TV and just did the couch potato thing. I got back on the computer for a bit to check emails and drank a French vanilla shake for my final meal. Thanks for reading my <strong>Medifast Blog</strong>. See you tomorrow.</p>

<p>Can’t feel bad on Fridays, this week seemed to take forever though, I am glad it is done. Oh I forgot to mention that my new order of the Medifast Plan products came in yesterday. Hopefully a couple of more orders and I will be done. It is really going to be interesting to get back to eating regular food, I have been so accustomed to eating <em>Medifast</em> meals, it will feel strange like I’m cheating.</p>
<p>I had a bowl of maple and brown sugar oatmeal this morning and a cup of hot green tea. Checked e-mail and headed out the door. Work was slow as usual but it is getting close to the end of the month and payday, so that will change soon enough. For my mid morning meal I drank a strawberry creme shake.<br />
For lunch today I had a bowl of chicken and wild rice soup and a few multi-grain crackers, of course I spiced it up with some Tabasco. Remember a while back when one of my co-workers wanted to try one of the Medifast Shakes? Well she made a 2 week order. I also made a $10 commission this time, since she ordered it through this Blog. <p>The rest of the day crawled by, probably because I was watching the clock and waiting for the school bell to ring haha. Finally the time came and I had pre-counted so I got out of there quickly. Wohooo Starting the weekend. I ate a caramel nut granola bar on the way home and returned the movie I watched last night.</p>
<p>When I arrived home, quick change of clothes and time for a walk. I walked for an hour and 30 minutes, that is my record, but the weather was so nice. Showered when I got back and got on the Internet a bit and worked on the Blog. For my lean and green meal today I had a lean burger patty and a cup and a half of steamed broccoli, seasoned with some lemon pepper.</p>
<p>Watched a little TV after dinner, actually I watched a lot of TV and had a orange creme shake for my last meal of the day. <p>I felt 100% again today, I am glad whatever got a hold of me didn’t stay very long. Appreciate the visit to <strong>Analyzing Medifast Diet</strong>.</p>
<p>Had a bowl of peach oatmeal this morning and a cup of green tea. Had a chance to clear out my e-mail box before I had to pack up and get to work. The morning was slow, and the manager took advantage of it to do a little in-house training. In-house training is usually how to deal with irate customers and a little role playing. I think that corporate requires so many training hours be done quarterly.</p>
<p>For my mid morning meal I had a banana creme shake. After training, it was back to work at the window for about a hour until it was time for lunch break. For lunch today the <em>Medifast</em> crew sat together. I had a bowl of beef stew spiced up with some Tabasco and had a few multi-grain crackers. My friends had chicken noodle soup.</p>
<p>The afternoon was busier than the morning but that is not saying much. We had our normal retail deposits, but very few normal customers. I was able to surf the Internet a bit but didn’t find anything interesting. When work was over I stopped by the movie store on the way home and picked up Employee of the Month.</p>
<p>When I got home I had a chocolate granola bar for my 4th meal of the day. Changed clothes and went out for my walk. The weather was beautiful today, I wish it would stay just like this all year long. Blue skies and a cool temp, wonderful. I got back and took a shower, after the shower got on the computer for a while and did a Blog post and searched for an interesting site for you all today. <p>For my lean and green meal today I had a grilled chicken salad and I watched “Employee of the Month”.  I don’t care for Jessica Simpson much but the movie was pretty funny. For my final meal of the day I had a banana pudding. Went to bed and read a book near 11:00pm.</p>

<p>Felt a little better today, but still not 100%. I guess I caught a touch of something. Had a bowl of apple cinnamon oatmeal and a cup of green tea for breakfast. Had a little chance to check email’s but there was nothing but junk. Loaded up my stuff and grabbed my water bottle and headed off to work.</p>
<p>The morning was slow, painfully slow. For my mid morning meal I had a banana creme shake. The banana creme is probably my favorite flavor of the shakes.</p>
<p>For lunch today I had a bowl of chicken and wild rice soup and some multi-grain crackers. My friends had a bowl of creamy tomato and a shake. One was going to make another order, which is great. Speaking of orders I should get mine either today or tomorrow.</p>
<p>The rest of the day was uneventful and really nothing worth mentioning. On the way home today I had a chocolate mint granola bar, managing to get most of it in my mouth. When I arrived home I changed clothes and went for my exercise. The was nice for a change but a little cool. I walked for a little over an hour.</p>
<p>Grabbed a quick shower then started to work on the Blog a little. After that just lounged around and watched TV. For my lean and green meal tonight I had a 5 oz pork cutlet and a cup and a half of steamed green beans. Watched some more TV, gosh I lead a boring life sometimes…….. Actually all the time. Sigh! Oh well.</p>
<p>For my final meal of the day I had a French vanilla shake with some DaVinci Sugar-Free Butter Rum Syrup. Not long after that I went and laid down to read a bit. Thanks for visiting my <strong>Medifast Blog</strong>. See ya tomorrow.</p>

<p>The morning at work was slow and I really didn’t feel like being here, but I stuck it out. For my midmorning meal I drank a strawberry creme shake. It was real slow and I cleared out my email box.</p>
<p>For lunch today I had some chicken noodle soup with some multi-grain crackers and a little Tabasco as usual. My <em>Medifast Plan</em> buddies had chicken and wild rice soup and the other had a granola bar. My first friend I recommended has lost 20 lbs and couldn’t be happier. The one who faltered a bit has lost 9 lbs. <p>On the way home I ate a caramel nut granola bar. When I arrived home I didn’t feel like exercising or doing anything for that matter. I did take a shower hoping that would make me feel better. (It didn’t) Laid on the couch a while and watched TV and napped.</p>
<p>Time to get my dinner together, so I did a simple grilled chicken salad, although no grilling, I seasoned and wrapped the chicken in aluminum foil an popped it into the oven. Cut it up over 2 cups of mixed greens and 2 Tbs of no fat Ranch.</p>
<p>Didn’t do anything exciting but lay around, sorry for such a boring post! lol  Before I went to bed I had a Dutch chocolate shake, and went to bed and watched tv some more. Hope I feel better tomorrow. Thanks for visiting <strong>Analyzing Medifast Diet</strong>.</p>

<p>For breakfast this morning I had a cup of hot green tea and a bowl of apple cinnamon oatmeal. Had a little time to check my email and get most of the crap cleared out. Looked up and at the clock and I better hurry or I am going to be late. Grabbed my water bottle and headed out the door.</p>
<p>Work was slow this morning, we just sat around and chatted. For my mid morning meal I drank a French vanilla shake, one of my co-workers wanted to know how it tasted, so I went to the car and got her one. She said it was not too bad. The rest of the morning was slow also and crawled by. I surfed the net just a little, not really seeing much of interest, but more of just passing the time.</p>
<p>For lunch today I had a bowl of creamy tomato soup with crumbled up multi-grain crackers and a shot of Tabasco. I love spicy food, the hotter the better. I bought a can of pickled Serrano chills the other day. Normally I like to eat Jalapeños, but I had seen Serrano’s and never tried them before. They were much hotter than jalapeños, but tasted much better, so from now on Serrano’s are my chili of choice.</p>
<p>The rest of the day was boring and un-eventful, the supervisor was in a good mood for a change, and chatted with us for a long time today. Wow I wonder what was up with that? I ate a caramel nut granola bar on the way home from work today, the weather was cloudy and overcast and still chilly outside. When I arrived home I changed clothes and went for my walk.</p>
<p>Got back from exercising and took a quick shower to warm up and posted to the Blog and surfed the net for a bit.  For my lean and green meal today I fixed a turkey patty and a small salad, something quick and easy, I didn’t feel like a long preparation today.</p>
<p>The rest of the evening was spent vegging out on the couch and watching TV. I had a <em>Medifast plan</em> cappuccino for my final meal. Not much longer after that I went to bed to read. Thanks for reading my <strong>Medifast Blog</strong>. See you tomorrow.</p>

<p>Will I break the 200 mark today? Thanks for your interest in my <strong>Medifast Blog</strong>.</p>
<p>So I woke up with high expectations this morning of breaking the 200 mark for the first time since I was oh probably late twenties. I felt like a kid on Christmas. So the results were 200 : ( I was disappointed, no matter how I turned and twisted the scale wouldn’t go below 200, so I guess I will have to wait until next week. I blame all of the bad weather and not being able to get outside and do my exercise like I needed to. But that is a total of 47 pounds I have lost since starting the <em>Medifast Plan</em>.</p>
<p>For breakfast this morning I had a bowl of peach oatmeal and a cup of my new green tea I bought, the one from the Asian market was much better, so lesson learned. Straightened up the house this morning and washed some clothes. For my midmorning meal I had a orange creme shake, and then decided to go for some exercise. I did an hour walk, it was still a little cool outside today but warming up more than it has been in the past.</p>
<p>For lunch today I had a bowl of beef stew with some garlic powder and Tabasco. I also had my snack of some multi-grain crackers with my beef stew. I got on the Internet a bit and made some blog posts and just surfed around a bit.<br />
For my 4th meal of the day I had a Dutch chocolate shake with a little DaVinci’s Sugar Free Cherry Syrup. Blend it with some Ice and you have a nice cherry chocolate frozen shake. Watched a little TV and messed around on the net a bit more.</p>
<p>For my lean and green meal, I was feeling a little lazy and took the easy way out and did my usual grilled chicken salad. A boneless chicken breast marinated in a little olive oil and fresh herbs (parsley, rosemary, thyme, basil). Baked in the oven and chopped up on a bed of mixed greens with 2Tbs of no-fat ranch. Yummy.</p>
<p>The rest of the evening was uneventful so I will end this post. Finished my day off with a banana creme shake and went to bed and read a book.</p>

<p>Woke up this morning at my regular time, even when I would like to sleep in I can’t. Darn automatic wake-up body timer thingy.. Thanks for stopping by and reading my <strong>Medifast Blog</strong>.</p>
<p>Had a bowl of maple and brown sugar oatmeal in the morning and a cup of hot green tea. After breakfast I went ahead and put in a new <em>Medifast plan</em> order for another months supply, hopefully I will not have to do much more ordering. If everything goes as planned I should be close to my targeted weight of 147 in 3 months.</p>
<p>For my midmorning meal today I had a strawberry creme shake. Weather was not bad today so I decided to go get my exercise. I hadn’t been to the mall in a while so I decided to get my exercise in and look at new things and just people watch in general. When I weighed 247, I wouldn’t even consider going to the mall and being laughed at, but mentality’s are changing along with the weight.</p>
<p>After the mall I dropped by the grocery store to pick up a few things for the coming week. My shopping list usually looks like this:</p>
<p>Bag of mixed greens<br />
package of boneless, skinless chicken breasts<br />
broccoli<br />
cauliflower<br />
green beans<br />
fish (either salmon or trout) I got tuna and salmon this time<br />
zucchini<br />
multi-grain crackers<br />
I also found some green tea, so I will try it out, that way I don’t have to drive to the Asian market for only one thing.</p>
<p>For lunch today I had a bowl of chicken and wild rice soup with some multi-grain crackers, I seasoned the soup with some garlic powder and Tabasco.</p>
<p>The rest of the day was spent between laundry, cleaning house, watching TV and surfing the Internet. For my 4th meal of the day I ate a chocolate granola bar. I think tonight for my lean and green meal I will do a tuna steak, I started marinating it in soy sauce and ginger and green onions.</p>
<p>Caught up on the Blog posts and watched a little TV while folding laundry. I decided to go to the movie store and get something to watch, weekends on TV usually suck! I came back from the movie store with “Hitch” with Will Smith.</p>
<p>I cooked the Tuna in a hot skillet with a little olive oil and just seared it on both sides, I like it where it is still rare in the middle, along with the Tuna I steamed some green beans in foil seasoned with lemon pepper. The movie was real good, I enjoyed it very much.</p>
<p>Before bed I had a banana pudding for my last meal of the day. It was a relaxing productive Saturday, and the cool thing is I got everything done. I will lounge around tomorrow, feeling kind of tired now so I will retire to the bed with a book. Thank you for stopping by <strong>Analyzing Medifast Diet</strong>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Woke up in a great Friday Mood and wanted to than you all for taking the time to visit <strong>Analyzing Medifast Diet</strong>.</p>
<p>Started off with a hot cup of green Tea, I am going to have to go back and get a re-supply of green tea, I am running low, maybe I will do that tomorrow. For breakfast I had a bowl of apple cinnamon oatmeal. Answered some emails and gathered my stuff together, then it was time to go to work.</p>
<p>Work was slow this morning and I had time to surf the net a little bit. I found a cool site with loads of Free <a title="Audio Books" href="http://www.audiobooksforfree.com/screen_main.asp">Audio Books</a>. For my midmorning meal I had a French vanilla shake. The rest of the morning was slow also and just seemed like forever until it was time for lunch break.</p>
<p>At lunch today, there was only one Medifast friend, the other had taken the day off. So we sat down and both had soup, it is still chilly outside but is starting to warm up a little. I had a bowl of chicken noodle soup, with some multi-grain crackers and my friend had some of the beef stew.</p>
<p>The rest of the day at work was very boring, and I had more down time, so I decided to go ahead and put a new <em>Medifast Plan</em> order in. So I will be looking at it arriving Tue or Wed or even Thur. I have about 10 days left, so that will be good timing. <p>After work today I ate a caramel nut granola bar on the way home. I decided to get my exercise in, so went walking around the neighborhood, I carry a stick with me now just in case a dog decides he wants to try an make a meal out of me. I got in an hour of walking at a brisk pace. It felt good to get out after being stuck inside with all of this bad weather lately.</p>
<p>Took a shower and watched some TV. Sometimes I don’t know why I pay for cable, when there is nothing on but a bunch of crap. For my lean and green meal I fixed a lean hamburger patty and a small cup and a half salad with a Tbl of fat-free ranch.</p>
<p>The rest of the evening was spent washing clothes and watching TV, god I lead a boring life sometimes lol. The last meal of the day was a banana creme shake, I thought I was out of them but found one hiding in the back of my cabinet.
