Back in the Groove

Welcome to my Medifast Blog, thanks for stopping by.

Back to the grind today, get back into the swing of things. I didn’t sleep well last night, so woke up feeling kind of tired. Started the day off with a shower and a hot cup of green tea, then had a bowl of apple cinnamon oatmeal. piddled around the house a bit and before I knew it, it was time to leave. Loaded up my junk, threw some Medifast Plan products in the back seat, filled up my water bottle and headed out the door. Everybody was wearing new clothes and jewelery today and had many stories to tell. The morning was pretty busy, we are getting near the end of the month and it will start to get busier and busier until payday.

My mid morning meal today was a banana creme shake, I didn’t have any downtime this morning so it went by fairly quickly. At lunch the Medifast crew sat together and we all talked about what we did over the holidays. I ate a bowl of beef vegetable stew spiced up a bit with some multi-grain crackers. My friends had a shake and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. Have you all made your new year resolutions yet? Well you better start thinking about them and what you are going to change.

The rest of the afternoon went by fairly quickly, we are going to have a employee meeting Friday, to discuss Monday off and plans for the bank in the coming New Year. On the way home I had a caramel nut granola bar and stopped off at the store to pick up some groceries. Two more days to work and a long weekend again, got to love this time. I got home about 6:15 and decided to go for a walk after I put the groceries away. I walked for 45 minutes, and it felt good out, I can feel it starting to get a little warmer.

Did some more laundry, catching up and watched a little TV, nothing much on, I will be glad when the new season starts. For my lean and green meal today, I am going to do the easy grilled chicken salad. I ate my salad and watched some more TV, then decided to get on the Net a bit and catch up answering some E-mails.

For the last meal I had a strawberry creme shake, I truly love this Clinically Proven Medifast Meal Replacement Diet.
it’s a no brainer if your serious about loosing weight. Not long after I went to bed and read a book, until falling asleep! Goodnight

Medifast Diet - lose the weight

Thanks for checking in to my Medifast Blog, I hope everyone had a terrific holiday.
Well I made back safely! We had a wonderful time, I didn’t want to leave. I’m telling you, If you have never been to Mountain View, Arkansas, put it on your list to go on vacation to. It is the most beautiful place, lots of mountains, caves to see and nice rivers. But the downside is there is not much work there, if there was, I would probably move there.

Christmas went very well, and I survived the holidays as far as my diet is concerned. I did well as far as presents go also. lol I received a lot of new clothes, which I needed, and when I shrink out of these I was instructed to sell them on Ebay. Everyone was blown away how I looked from Thanksgiving, they said they couldn’t believe it, so that made me feel really good. We went to the park once while we were there and out to eat once, but other than that pretty much stayed at the house and enjoyed each others company. It was the first time in many years, that many of the family was together at one time.

I am not going to go over everything that I ate day to day while I was gone, unless I get some email stating they want to hear it, but you are probably wondering if I did a weigh in while I was gone, and I did, but wasn’t sure if the scales were correct so I will give you my weight when I returned this afternoon.

So last time I weighed in I was 222 and when I arrived home I weighed in at 216 for a total of 31 lbs since I started on the Medifast Plan close to two months ago. When I arrived home my new Medifast order had came in and I picked it up at my neighbors house. My goal is to be under 200 in a month.

This morning I had a bowl of peach oatmeal and a cup of coffee, I packed up my car and also brought back some leftovers of roast turkey and steamed green beans, I can eat that for my lean and green meal. I was good on my diet, I cheated a little, eating some ham, but I skipped a Medifast meal when I did that and as far as the weigh in was concerned didn’t notice any difference. I ate a chicken noodle soup before I left my aunt’s house and had a granola bar on the way home.

It took me a little over a couple of hours to make it back home, traffic was not bad at all. When I arrived home I had a dutch chocolate shake. I unloaded the car and did some laundry, also checked emails, and called my Aunt to let her know I made it back safely. I think I am going to go back in the summer and go to the creek and just relax a while.

For my lean and green meal I ate 7 oz of the turkey I brought back and a cup and a half of green beans. I was pretty tired so I just did the couch potato thing and watched T.V. Before I went to bed I had a french vanilla shake with a little DaVinci sugar free butter rum flavoring in it. Not much later I went to bed and read a book a little. It feels nice to be in my own bed. Well back to work tomorrow, but it will be a short week. Take Care and I will see you all tomorrow.

Stoked this morning because it’s my last day until Wednesday! Yipeee! We also have our Christmas Party today, but I can’t eat or drink anything they have : ( So I will just enjoy the people. When I got up I headed to the shower to wake myself up. After that had a bowl of maple and brown sugar oatmeal, and a cup of green tea. After that it was time to start getting my things together and head to work. We are going to take turns enjoying the party. Party shifts. lol . It was slow today so we had a lot of time to hang out. For my mid morning meal I had a french vanilla shake.

At lunch time the party started in a meeting room we have in the back, so we left enough people up front to take care of the walk ins and one person at the window. As slow as it was they could have taken care of the whole day. For lunch I had a chocolate granola bar. All of us on the Medifast Plan did well at the party, we all watched each others back.

The rest of the day went by fast since we were having so much fun, we started cleaning up about 4:00pm and after that I went home telling everyone Merry Christmas. At home I had a bowl of chicken noodle soup. Finished packing my junk. Also slipped a 40 minute walk in. I put all of the stuff in the car that I can do without until I get to my Aunt’s house like the presents. I am leaving tomorrow shortly after I get up so around 8:30 - 9:00. I will be out of Blogging for a few days but will catch up when I come back.

Lean and green meal today was another grilled chicken salad. Easy to make those. Finished up around the house, answered some e-mails and had a strawberry creme shake before bed. I woke up feeling great, after today, one more and I am out of here! Yipee. As you guys have noticed I have some Medifast ads on the Blog, I have signed up with Medifast to act as a salesman if you will. I started my day off with a dutch chocolate shake, and a quick shower. Had some time to clear out my email box, and then it was time to go. The morning at work was another very steady day, not much downtime at all. For my mid morning meal I had a caramel nut granola bar. The day went off without a hitch. Smooth!!

At lunch break the Medifast crew all sat together and chowed down (if that is what you want to call it)! I had some creamy tomato soup with Tabasco and crushed up multi-grain crackers, while my friends had a shake and a granola bar. We all discussed our plans for the holidays, the other two are spending them at home. I am glad to get away for a bit.

The rest of the day was un-eventful with the normal business crowd coming in. When I arrived home today I had a peach oatmeal. Did some more packing and basically only have bathroom items like toothbrush and razor and stuff to throw in last. Worked a bit on the Blog and watched some TV. For my lean and green meal I was kind of tired so did my staple grilled chicken salad. The only cooking I have to do is the chicken breast and cut it up, I buy the bag of mixed greens so just pour it in a bowl, put the diced chicken on top with 2tbs of low-fat ranch and I am done.

Kind of tired so I am not going to write much. Before bed I had another shake, orange creme this time. I will close for now and am going to lay down and read a bit.

Humpity Hump Day

Welcome to Analyzing Medifast Diet.

Didn’t sleep very well last night so I was kind of dragging in the morn. After a quick shower I had a bowl of peach oatmeal for breakfast, packed up my junk, filled up my water bottle and headed off to work. Supervisor was in a much better mood today, thank God so the day should go by a little better. The morning was steady but not real busy. For my mid morning meal I had a orange creme shake. I also put a new Medifast Plan order today so I am looking at it being here anywhere from this Friday to Tuesday. I am leaving Saturday morning for vacation but I have already informed my neighbors that I was expecting some mail and to be on the lookout.

For my lunch break the Medifast crew sat together again, I had a bowl of chicken noodle soup with some soy sauce an hot mustard, the other two looked at me like I was crazy. Try it sometime, you never know, you might like it. With my soup I had a few multi-grain crackers. The rest of the day went by fairly quickly with nothing exciting to mention.

When I arrived home today I had a chocolate mint granola bar. I decided to go for a walk and get my exercise done for the day, I managed to walk for about 45 minutes and then came in and took a shower. I started preparing things for the trip, opened up the suitcase and started to put a few things in, and staged all of the Christmas presents I will be taking. I will be gone from Saturday morning to Tuesday afternoon, so if you don’t see my daily post don’t fret. I will fill you in when I get back, besides you will be to busy on your own celebrations than to worry about this blog. lol

For my lean and green meal today I had a 5oz lean pork chop with 1 1/2 cups of steamed green beans. Hit definitely hit the spot. I am anxious to see if my relatives notice any change in my size from Thanksgiving. I ended the day off with a french vanilla shake with a little DaVinci Sugar Free Butter Rum Syrup in it. Goodnight!

Woke up this morning feeling good. I started the day off with a dutch chocolate shake, had a quick shower, checked my emails and packed up my stuff to head off to work. Supervisor was in a pissy mood today, wife must have cut him off or something, I just kept my distance. Mid morning meal was a caramel nut granola bar. The morning was slow and I decided not to take a chance and get on the Internet, especially because of some peoples moods today. It looks like people would be in a good mood for the holidays, but I guess not.

Lunch today I sat with my Medifast buddies and we all had a Medifast plan party lol. It’s nice to have support at work also, it’s kind of like we all watch out after each other. I had a bowl of beef vegetable stew spiced up with some Tabasco. One of my friends had a shake and the other one had a bowl of chicken noodle. I asked her what she thought of the soups and she replied there ok. At least she didn’t get any Minestrone lol.

Back to work, and the rest of the day went by at a snails pace, but the supervisor left so I was able to look around on the Internet a bit. I haven’t received a response from the blogging for money yet, but I will let you know what it’s all about when I here from them.

When I arrived home I drank a strawberry creme shake for my 4th meal. I called my Aunt and we got all of the plans straight for the holidays. I can’t wait, if you have never been to Mountain View AR, do yourself a favor and take a vacation there. It is beautiful and if you like bluegrass music you will be in heaven. For my lean and green meal I had a grilled chicken salad, 7oz skinless chicken breast baked in the oven, the weather sucks outside so I didn’t use my grill. 2 cups of mixed greens and 2 tbs of low-fat ranch.

Watched a little TV and did a little computer work. For my last meal of the day I had a french vanilla shake. I have about 9 days of meals left, so I will put in a new order of Medifast products before I leave for vacation. I will get my neighbors to collect my mail for me. Well I am going to bed and read, see you tomorrow.

Week Before Holidays

Well back to work today to start my final week before the holidays. Felt pretty good this morning and started the day off with a bowl of apple cinnamon oatmeal. I forgot yesterday to list one of the meals I had, and it was a banana pudding which finished those off. I packed up my junk and grabbed my water bottle and headed off to work. It was a fairly busy morning. I had a orange creme shake for my mid morning meal. The rest of the morning was uneventful, I had a little time to check MySpace and had received some nice comments for the holidays. I really appreciate the friends I have made there, I have a select few that always drop in and check on me. It’s good to feel loved haha.

For lunch today I had a spiced up bowl of chicken noodle soup. My Medifast Plan friend has lost 11 pounds so far and the other person has received their order and has got started. When I got home I had some packages on the doorstep, which should be the completion of my Christmas shopping, now for the wrapping. I decided to take my walk, and after that wrap the presents.

For my lean and green meal I had the grilled salmon fillet on my grill and a small cup and a half salad with 2 tbs of low-fat ranch. Yummy Salmon is got to be my favorite fish, although tuna steaks are a close second. For my last meal of the day I had a French Vanilla Shake. Answered some e-mails and then decided to hit the sack.
