Crash
If a lot of my frequent visitors were wondering what happened to Analyzing Diets.com, We had a major crash here and lost almost 2 years of posts, and for a whole year there were posts everyday chronicling my weight loss on the Medifast Diet.
I just want to tell you all that what can you do when something like this happens? Either quit the blog, or don’t let the misfortune get you down and continue on like a trooper. I have decided to do the latter, yes it will take some time to get the site back to where it was, but I have the willpower to do just that. So stick with us here while we build the site back bigger and better than it ever was, with lots of information that is helpful to all of you wishing to shed the extra weight that you no longer need.
