  1. Panthergolf the idea isn’t to not think. The idea is to clear the mind so that you can focus on a certain subject., such as worldly issues., or to look inward and such things. At least thats what I get from it.

  2. By don’t close your eyes all the way I mean keep them cracked open just a little bit at the bottom.

  3. Then don’t close your eyes all the way. That will help prevent from forming images. Also it sounds like you’re rolling your eyes backwards or looking inward toward your nose. This will cause strain on your eyes and it will break your concentration. Try to look straight forward. I found that hard to do when I started.

  4. I cant meditate wen i try I see these black and red colors and I get scared

  5. To know what the point of having no thoughts is :)

  6. …says the unenlightened one. Haha just kidding. I have no experience in meditation either. I have been working on it though, and was close to clearing out my “mind chatter.”

  7. the cosmic energy will activate innate abilities such as third eye vision and astral travel.

  8. the idea is that thoughts are not the essence of who we are. when we transcend thoughts we connect to our true self and from there we get true revelations, enlightenment being one of them.

  9. I am just confused on how (if we are not thinking) we will use the “cosmetic energy.” I mean it is an interesting concept, but thoughtlessness is ignorance not enlightenment.

  10. But if we refuse to think then wouldn’t that irresponsibly be ignoring worldly issues? I think that the problem is not thought, but thoughts that are shaped by bias opinions. Enlightenment should be the goal. Complete awareness of peace, personal thought, purpose and connection with others.

  11. May I know how do you do this? I am amazed.

  12. Buddha said that with our thoughts we make the world. When we have thoughts we make right and wrong, we make heaven and hell here and now in our minds.

If we don’t make heaven and hell where do we go? If we have no thoughts we have no hinderance.

I don’t meditate in the same way as this video describes though. I don’t try to extinguish the breath! That sounds dangerous to me.

  13. there is no right or wrong with meditation

  14. has anyone actually achieved the no-thought, no breathe state? i gotta be honest, it kinda worked for me once, where my breathe got thinner, but my sister called me and i had to go upstairs. but now it won’t work anymore.

  15. according to this video, when the mind is thoughtless the so-called “cosmic energy” is abundant. moreover, one is under the current of cosmic energy.

  16. What is the point of having no thoughts

  20. this is true…i have mastered this a long time ago and now i can explode, incinerate, and lift things with my mind and i can levitate as well

  21. ur true state is spirit not body, all youve ever known in this life has bin ur body so its scary to let it go, but imagine u finally let go of all the distractions that ur senses give u, u are left with nothing but urself and so are able to reflect. All you are doing is becomin whole, so embrace it and grow into ur natural self. peace.
