My Weight loss Montage from week 0-5 showing the difference in my body each week. Overall I lost 5.5 lbs, 17 beats per minute (heart rate) and 3% body fat.

Although I only lost 5 lbs the results are AMAZING! Can you believe your eyes?

    I did the Body for LIFE challenge and you’re right, it’s a lifestyle change. My results were fabulous. I fell, too. It’s a choice to get back up! w00t!

  11. I think I did gain a lot of muscle. I was working out alot. I kind of fell off a little bit. I got comfortable, I moved and then I started making excuses. I still eat right however I got re-hooked on sugar. Its really about making a lifestyle change. You can see from my present videos my face is kinda round. I want to do another challenge right after thanksgiven leading up to valentines day. But this time I want it to be FOR LIFE. This was six months ago. If I had stuck with it…

  12. When I first read you had only lost 5.5 lbs, I was like, come on how could she look that great.. But seriously, you look FANTASTIC!
    It’s probably because you’ve gained so much muscle, but seriously, great job. I’m so inspired. And the best part is, you still have curves! Are you still working out and eating right?

  16. jazzi: cleanse your system? CLEANSE YOUR SYSTEM? Cut the new age crap! you sound like the typical brainwashed obese failure! As if one juice would cleanse anything but your gullible mind. Program? PROGRAM? Any weight loss PROGRAM turns into a weight gain program! You have to change yourself, cut the rotten american way and avoid any MANMADE food throughout the week, have some trash on weekends. You gotta do ******** workout or you will fail! Wonderful job Tonya. 5 weeks and the improvements are amazing. i was just searching articles on youtube and i was about to drink a Dr. Pepper; but i decided to drink cranberry juice to cleanse my system and start my weight loss program. Overall, i’m proud of you and keep up the excellent work.
