Just Stop Eating So Much

I listened to a radio show last night about this guy named Gregg McBride who went from weighing 450 lbs to 175 lbs. And what was his secret you ask? No Secret! Just a simple mantra “Just Stop Eating So Much”. Can it actually be that easy? It was for him. He wrote a book on the subject that I am on the way to the store to pick up.

You know it’s funny, but even after I have reached my weight goals, I still have a thirst for knowledge on the aspects of weight loss, Strange Huh? Gregg had a problem with weight beginning in the 1st grade, where kids had teased him and called him fat. He was placed on diets by his parents and doctors to no avail. Gregg joined weight loss groups and spent thousands of dollars on weight loss products without any results way into his college years.

When Gregg graduated from college he tipped the scales at 450 pounds and would literally be left breathless after talking on the phone. When Gregg stopped looking for a quick fix to weight loss and adapted a simple theory of “Just Stop Eating So Much” the weight started to come off. In one years time Gregg had lost 250 pounds.
