I’M BAAACCCCKKKKKKK!!!

What can I say other than I am sorry I have not kept up with this blog, but I am going to start again. Many are probably wondering what was the outcome of the Medifast Diet, and well am I still on it?? Well first let me answer the second question, I am no longer on the Medifast Diet.. Simply because I reached my ideal weight and no longer need to be on this diet. Right now I weigh 160 pounds and have been within that weight, give or take 5 pounds for the past 9 months.

I no longer work at the bank now, and instead have been doing web design for a small company not too far from where I live. My life has totally changed and guess what? I have a girlfriend now. WOW! Can you believe that. So basically my life has totally changed, and I can attribute it to my weight loss and success I have had on the Medifast Diet.

So now for a new direction for this Blog. I am not sure yet in what direction I want to take this, but it will probably involve food, dieting and technology. What a combination Huh! I also have really became conscious as to what I put into my body, because I know with the type of metabolism I have it would be easy to reverse all of my hard work.

I did not become a vegetarian, but I do not eat any fast food, sodas, or junk anymore. I only eat balanced and healthy food now, in which I will be sharing with those of you who are interested. The reason I want to add some technology related items to the blog is because of my job, and new interests.

I hope that my old readers will return and maybe I can snag a lot of new readers with the subject change. I will always be here to answer questions on the Medifast Diet for those who are contemplating using it. I feel I have enough experience with the subject to give advice here and there.

I am excited about returning to blogging and am using the motivation of the New Year to start a new beginning. Stay tuned for some exciting changes.

My name is Gloria and I need and would like to lose about 120 pounds. I have tried endless diets without much success. I have tried nutrisystem and disliked the food very much. I disliked the inability to eat other food not in the program. How does medifast compare. I have an active social life and eat out quite a bit. Will I be o.k. with this program? I am seriously considering it. Advise?

Thank you for contacting me. Well I can submit myself as living proof that it works. I have almost lost 100 pounds myself. The food is ok but as with anything your going to get tired of it, that is why it is important to get creative with the meals, and turn them into other meals. I have some recipes that I used to change them up. Not to mention you get your one Lean and Green meal per day, which is regular food.

You can eat out and use the restaurant as your lean and green meal as long as you stick to the guidelines. Medifast will truly work for you, only if you stick with the plan and not cheat.
