Weigh in Day is Upon Us

My favorite day today Weigh in Day, I wonder how many pounds have come off this week? Thank you all for visiting Analyzing Medifast Diet.
Last week I weighed in at 186 down from 247. This week stepping onto the scales I was down to a cool 182, four more pounds have came off, hallelujah. For breakfast this morning I had a bowl of maple and brown sugar oatmeal and a mug of hot green tea. I have to go get a few groceries today. I also need to make a new Medifast Plan order this week some time, I have enough for about 10 days or so.
I piddled around the house a bit straightening up a few things, for my mid morning meal I had a orange creme shake. After I drank my shake I got dressed and headed off to the store. I had to pick up some salad greens, and some assorted fresh vegetables for my lean and green meals for the coming week.
When I got back home I had a bowl of beef stew for lunch with some Tabasco sauce and some multi-grain crackers. After lunch I did some laundry and then got on the computer for a while.
For my 4th meal of the day I had a Dutch chocolate shake with some DaVinci Sugar Free cherry syrup in it. I read my new book a little while then went outside for a walk. After walking I took a shower and then started on my lean and green meal for the day. I had a Turkey patty with some salsa on top and some steamed green beans seasoned with lemon pepper.
Watched some TV and just did the couch potato thing. I got back on the computer for a bit to check emails and drank a French vanilla shake for my final meal. Thanks for reading my Medifast Blog. See you tomorrow.
