It’s Cold
Woke up this morning and didn’t want to get out of bed. It’s too cold, I think I’ll stay right here. Well at least it would be nice to have that choice, unfortunately I am not independently wealthy, so I have to get my lazy butt up and brave the cold. Thanks for stopping by Analyzing Medifast Diet.
Started the morning off with a hot shower to warm my bones, then I had a french vanilla shake for breakfast, and not long after that it was time to brave the weather. My now over sized coat felt good. And it was a busy morning, but not as busy as most paydays, maybe the weather has something to do with it. Nevertheless it was still busy and the morning flew by. For my mid morning meal I had a caramel nut granola bar, since I was unable to get away from my station. The rest of the morning went by quickly and it was time to take a short break.
Soup today, Hot soup, chicken and wild rice to be exact with Tabasco yeah! Also had some mult-grain crackers to go along with it. All of the other Medifast people here ate soup also haha.
Back to work, many more checks to cash, and clean money to handle (sarcastic). The day flew by, the warmer it got the more people came in, and I ended up having to stay an hour and a half later catching up.
When I arrived home I had a dutch chocolate shake, and went for my exercise. It’s nice to exercise in cold weather, so you don’t get to overheated and sweaty. Just wait till summer, I am not looking forward to it. I tend to like cold weather more than hot.
For my lean and green meal for the day, I hadn’t had any fish in a while, so I grilled a 7oz piece of salmon on the grill outside and fixed a cup and a half of steamed cauliflower seasoned with some lemon pepper. It turned out great, salmon is my favorite fish and tuna steaks run a close second.
The rest of the evening was uneventful with me just piddling about and watching a little TV. For my final meal of the day I had a banana pudding.
Thank you for reading my Medifast Blog take care until next time. Good luck on your healthy lifestyles. You can do it!

Hi all and welcome to my Medifast Blog. Sundays are weigh in day and it is always exciting to see how much more progress I have made. Ok so for the weight update. Last Sunday I weighed in at 207. Drumroll please this week I weighed in at 203. One more week and I am going to not have a 2 in front of my weight anymore, and it will be the first time since I can even remember. I started out at 247 and have came down to 203 that is a total of 44 lbs, I am almost halfway to my goal. I started this happy morning off with a bowl of maple and brown sugar oatmeal and my usual cup of green tea. I am so glad that I did my errands yesterday, because it is freezing cold today. Today will be a hibernating day, like a big bear. But I am disappointed because the weather is permitting me from getting my exercise. I looked around on craigslist for some exercise equipment, and found a few things. I need to follow up on them. For my mid morning meal I drank a orange creme shake. Since I cannot get out and exercise, I am going to try and make up for it by cleaning up around the house. I have my usual laundry to do anyways, but I will vacuum and do some other stuff also. Some lady is going to be lucky to get me haha I’m domesticated. For lunch today I had a bowl of creamy tomato soup with some zucchini and squash in it, I also spiced it up with some spices and put a small pinch of low-fat cheese on it. Not too bad, these soups can be jazzed up to be real good, but you have to be creative. I did have to take the movie back today, so I got out in the weather a bit, I covered my outside plants and made sure my outside water spigots were wrapped up real good, you can’t be too careful, if you get a busted water pipe (shudder) the damages could be really high. For my 4th medifast plan meal of the day I had a chocolate mint granola bar, I don’ like to take these to work for fear of having chocolate all over my face. I can hear it now, “no wonder he is so fat look at the chocolate all over his mouth” so I tend to eat these at home and take the least messy ones to work. For my lean and green meal today, I didn’t feel like doing much so I baked a chicken breast in the oven, seasoned with some lemon pepper and garlic salt and black pepper. I also had a cup and a half of steamed broccoli with some lemon pepper on it also. Watched the season premier of 24, and once you watch one you can’t quit (like Lay’s Potato Chips). For my final meal I had a Dutch chocolate shake and not long after that went to bed to read a bit. Thanks for visiting Analyzing Medifast Diet. Take Care until tomorrow.
