Can’t feel bad on Fridays, this week seemed to take forever though, I am glad it is done. Oh I forgot to mention that my new order of the Medifast Plan products came in yesterday. Hopefully a couple of more orders and I will be done. It is really going to be interesting to get back to eating regular food, I have been so accustomed to eating Medifast meals, it will feel strange like I’m cheating.

I had a bowl of maple and brown sugar oatmeal this morning and a cup of hot green tea. Checked e-mail and headed out the door. Work was slow as usual but it is getting close to the end of the month and payday, so that will change soon enough. For my mid morning meal I drank a strawberry creme shake.
For lunch today I had a bowl of chicken and wild rice soup and a few multi-grain crackers, of course I spiced it up with some Tabasco. The rest of the day crawled by, probably because I was watching the clock and waiting for the school bell to ring haha. Finally the time came and I had pre-counted so I got out of there quickly. Wohooo Starting the weekend. I ate a caramel nut granola bar on the way home and returned the movie I watched last night.

When I arrived home, quick change of clothes and time for a walk. I walked for an hour and 30 minutes, that is my record, but the weather was so nice. Showered when I got back and got on the Internet a bit and worked on the Blog. For my lean and green meal today I had a lean burger patty and a cup and a half of steamed broccoli, seasoned with some lemon pepper.

Watched a little TV after dinner, actually I watched a lot of TV and had a orange creme shake for my last meal of the day. I went to bed about 11:30 and read some but didn’t last long before I slept. See you tomorrow and thanks as always for the visit to Analyzing Medifast Diet.
