My name is Jeff Pitts and I am a web programmer in Anytown, Arkansas. I have a new life, new job and a girlfriend, after starting a weight loss journey coming from a whopping 247 pounds and ending up where I am now at 150 pounds. On recommendations from my doctor, I needed to reduce my weight and I did just that, stick around and find out how!

Little Better

Thanks for checking in to Analyzing Medifast Diet, as always I appreciate the visit.

Felt a little better today, but still not 100%. I guess I caught a touch of something. Had a bowl of apple cinnamon oatmeal and a cup of green tea for breakfast. Had a little chance to check email’s but there was nothing but junk. Loaded up my stuff and grabbed my water bottle and headed off to work.

The morning was slow, painfully slow. For my mid morning meal I had a banana creme shake. The banana creme is probably my favorite flavor of the shakes.

For lunch today I had a bowl of chicken and wild rice soup and some multi-grain crackers. My friends had a bowl of creamy tomato and a shake. One was going to make another order, which is great. Speaking of orders I should get mine either today or tomorrow.

The rest of the day was uneventful and really nothing worth mentioning. On the way home today I had a chocolate mint granola bar, managing to get most of it in my mouth. When I arrived home I changed clothes and went for my exercise. The was nice for a change but a little cool. I walked for a little over an hour.

Grabbed a quick shower then started to work on the Blog a little. After that just lounged around and watched TV. For my lean and green meal tonight I had a 5 oz pork cutlet and a cup and a half of steamed green beans. Watched some more TV, gosh I lead a boring life sometimes…….. Actually all the time. Sigh! Oh well.

For my final meal of the day I had a French vanilla shake with some DaVinci Sugar-Free Butter Rum Syrup. Not long after that I went and laid down to read a bit. Thanks for visiting my Medifast Blog. See ya tomorrow.
