I have a new life, new job and a girlfriend, after starting a weight loss journey coming from a whopping 247 pounds and ending up where I am now at 150 pounds. On recommendations from my doctor, I needed to reduce my weight and I did just that, stick around and find out how!

Terrible Tuesday

Felt horrible this morning, had a congested chest and sore throat, fixed myself a cup of hot tea and had a bowl of maple and brown sugar oatmeal. I felt a bit better after drinking the tea. Thanks for taking the time to read my Medifast Blog.

The morning at work was slow and I really didn’t feel like being here, but I stuck it out. For my midmorning meal I drank a strawberry creme shake. It was real slow and I cleared out my email box.

For lunch today I had some chicken noodle soup with some multi-grain crackers and a little Tabasco as usual. My Medifast Plan buddies had chicken and wild rice soup and the other had a granola bar. My first friend I recommended has lost 20 lbs and couldn’t be happier. The one who faltered a bit has lost 9 lbs. The rest of the day dragged by and was boring, I surfed a bit on the Internet and found this for you today Read It Swap It.

On the way home I ate a caramel nut granola bar. When I arrived home I didn’t feel like exercising or doing anything for that matter. I did take a shower hoping that would make me feel better. (It didn’t) Laid on the couch a while and watched TV and napped.

Time to get my dinner together, so I did a simple grilled chicken salad, although no grilling, I seasoned and wrapped the chicken in aluminum foil an popped it into the oven. Cut it up over 2 cups of mixed greens and 2 Tbs of no fat Ranch.

Didn’t do anything exciting but lay around, sorry for such a boring post! lol Before I went to bed I had a Dutch chocolate shake, and went to bed and watched tv some more. Hope I feel better tomorrow. Thanks for visiting Analyzing Medifast Diet.
