My name is Jeff Pitts and I am a web programmer in Anytown, Arkansas. I have a new life, new job and a girlfriend, after starting a weight loss journey coming from a whopping 247 pounds and ending up where I am now at 150 pounds. On recommendations from my doctor, I needed to reduce my weight and I did just that, stick around and find out how!

Lose weight with Medifast!

Back to work today, what a wonderful life haha. Thanks for visiting Analyzing Medifast Diet and have a great Monday!

For breakfast this morning I had a cup of hot green tea and a bowl of apple cinnamon oatmeal. Had a little time to check my email and get most of the crap cleared out. Looked up and at the clock and I better hurry or I am going to be late. Grabbed my water bottle and headed out the door.

Work was slow this morning, we just sat around and chatted. For my mid morning meal I drank a French vanilla shake, one of my co-workers wanted to know how it tasted, so I went to the car and got her one. She said it was not too bad. The rest of the morning was slow also and crawled by. I surfed the net just a little, not really seeing much of interest, but more of just passing the time.

For lunch today I had a bowl of creamy tomato soup with crumbled up multi-grain crackers and a shot of Tabasco. I love spicy food, the hotter the better. I bought a can of pickled Serrano chills the other day. Normally I like to eat Jalapeños, but I had seen Serrano’s and never tried them before. They were much hotter than jalapeños, but tasted much better, so from now on Serrano’s are my chili of choice.

The rest of the day was boring and un-eventful, the supervisor was in a good mood for a change, and chatted with us for a long time today. Wow I wonder what was up with that? I ate a caramel nut granola bar on the way home from work today, the weather was cloudy and overcast and still chilly outside. When I arrived home I changed clothes and went for my walk.

Got back from exercising and took a quick shower to warm up and posted to the Blog and surfed the net for a bit.  For my lean and green meal today I fixed a turkey patty and a small salad, something quick and easy, I didn’t feel like a long preparation today.

The rest of the evening was spent vegging out on the couch and watching TV. I had a Medifast plan cappuccino for my final meal. Not much longer after that I went to bed to read. Thanks for reading my Medifast Blog. See you tomorrow.
