Cold Day Again

Good morning and a cold one at that, nothing better to start the day off with than a hot cup of green tea. Thanks for stopping in to Analyzing Medifast Diet.
I also had a bowl of peach oatmeal this morning to go along with my cup of hot green tea. Get all warmed up inside before you go outside and experience the crisp cold weather. The bank had started to slow down today, the remnants of payday remained and the retail customers made it fairly steady with not much downtime. For my midmorning meal today I had a strawberry shake.
The rest of the morning was more of the same with work being steady. I straightened up my station a bit in the little amount of downtime that I had.
For lunch today I had a bowl of creamy tomato soup with Tabasco a small bit of low-fat cheese and some multi-grain crackers. It was soup all around the table again today. I am going to have to start thinking about making a new order soon, I think I have enough for about a couple of weeks left, I think I will wait till the first of the week.
The rest of the day was not worth mentioning, very boring. I did get to clear out my emails though. On the way home I ate a chocolate mint granola bar and managed to get most of it in my mouth and not on my shirt. After arriving home I figured I would go do some walking, it was raining ever so lightly, so I put on my windbreaker over my jacket and a hood and prayed it wouldn’t get harder. It actually stopped a block away from the house.
When I got back I took a hot shower and then surfed the net a bit. For my lean and green meal of the day I had a turkey patty with some salsa on top and a cup and a half of steamed green beans.
The rest of the evening was a mix of TV and Internet and nothing interesting to talk about. My final meal of the day was a French vanilla shake with some DaVinci Sugar Free Butter Rum Syrup. Thanks for reading my Medifast Blog I appreciate the visit. See ya tomorrow.
