Week Before Holidays

Well back to work today to start my final week before the holidays. Felt pretty good this morning and started the day off with a bowl of apple cinnamon oatmeal. I forgot yesterday to list one of the meals I had, and it was a banana pudding which finished those off. I packed up my junk and grabbed my water bottle and headed off to work. It was a fairly busy morning. I had a orange creme shake for my mid morning meal. The rest of the morning was uneventful, I had a little time to check MySpace and had received some nice comments for the holidays. I really appreciate the friends I have made there, I have a select few that always drop in and check on me. It’s good to feel loved haha.
For lunch today I had a spiced up bowl of chicken noodle soup. My Medifast Plan friend has lost 11 pounds so far and the other person has received their order and has got started. I had more time during the day to cruise around on the Net and ran across this cool site that pays you to Blog, I will check on it further and let you know what I find out. I ate a Chocolate Granola Bar on the way home, I was really hungry. I haven’t had any salmon in a while so I think I will have that for dinner tonight. When I got home I had some packages on the doorstep, which should be the completion of my Christmas shopping, now for the wrapping. I decided to take my walk, and after that wrap the presents.
For my lean and green meal I had the grilled salmon fillet on my grill and a small cup and a half salad with 2 tbs of low-fat ranch. Yummy Salmon is got to be my favorite fish, although tuna steaks are a close second. For my last meal of the day I had a French Vanilla Shake. Answered some e-mails and then decided to hit the sack.
